Make sure that your device can tolerate your canvas size, and number of layers. This means anything you don’t like can be easily fixed as long as it is on a separate layer. No matter the project, use layers for different things, then merge them downwards when you’re satisfied. LAYERS ARE YOUR FRIEND!!! Can’t stress this enough. Also a force fade gives smoother ending and beginning to those lines. If you’re drawing and want more control of free hand sketching, apply the stabiliser and adjust to your preferred strength, this makes your lines tidier when you lift your hand. But it’s quicker and easier to do a non pixelated straight line this way than using the line tool which doesn’t always go entirely straight from x to y. When drawing straight lines, use the square tool, lower brush size and just do a single line there, don’t stretch it into a square. It has quite a good assortment of brushes, which you can also customise, all for the cost of watching an advert every 24 hours. When I first downloaded ibis, I was completely stumped, but now it’s super easy. I use ibis by hand, I find it easier than by pen which sometimes doesn’t flow as easy.
